Free Shipping – U.S. Orders Over $100
We proudly offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
For U.S. orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies.
International shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Times
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after placement.
During busy periods, holidays, or times of high seasonal demand, processing times may be extended.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping partners and is in transit to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Order Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Address corrections or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting contact@silkvana.com.
- Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
- If shipping details remain incorrect and the order cannot be delivered, the order may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier or courier delays
- Weather conditions or transportation disruptions
- Address verification issues
- High seasonal demand or inventory availability
Silkvana will always assist customers in tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues whenever possible, but cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact contact@silkvana.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Silkvana will assist customers in filing claims and investigating delivery issues when applicable.
Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
- Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 7 business days.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the product is damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Report the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund with no restocking fee.
Please note:
- Damaged outer packaging alone does not qualify as product damage.
- Damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If an incorrect address results in failed delivery, Silkvana cannot guarantee reshipment or refund.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply to:
- Opened or used items
- Returns missing original packaging
No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective products.
