Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order appears to be lost or stolen after shipping:

Return & Refund Policy
At Silkvana, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return guidelines below:
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements are not accepted for:
- Personal preferences (style, fit, color)
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size choice
- Normal wear and tear or misuse
Eligible for Return
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrived defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
How to Start a Return

Most cases are resolved without the need to return the item physically.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee may apply if the item was used, opened, or returned without original packaging.
- No fee applies for defective or incorrect products.
Temporary Delays
Orders placed after January 25th may experience delays due to a temporary logistics pause. These are expected to ship between February 5th–8th.
