Cancellation Policy

  • Include a clear photo of the damage for verification.
  • Eligible claims may qualify for a free replacement or refund without restocking fees.

Please note:

  • Damaged packaging alone (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item is still in good condition.
  • Returns, refunds, or replacements are not accepted for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, shipping delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or customs are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Restocking Fee Details
