  • U.S. orders under $49 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $4.99
  • International shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays
  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the carrier

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Silkvana may assist with carrier investigations when applicable
  • Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
