🔁 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After the order is processed, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.

  • Refunds for canceled orders (within 24h) will be processed within 7 business days.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

📌 Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Personal dislike (e.g. style, fit, or color)

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selected

  • Wear and tear or damage from misuse

If your claim qualifies, we may offer a replacement or full refund. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The reason for your request

  • Clear photo(s) of the product (required for damaged/defective items)

Our support team will review your request and provide further steps. Most cases are resolved without requiring a physical return.


📦 Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of use.

  • No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship all orders promptly.

  • Silkvana is not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Once the package leaves our facility, any loss, theft, or delay must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.


🧾 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee corrections made after this time.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refunds are not guaranteed.
