Order Cancellation
- Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase
- Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations are no longer possible
- Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days
Returns & Guarantees
30-Day Quality Assurance (Product Defects Only)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase only if the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
If eligible, Silkvana will issue a replacement or full refund at its discretion.
Please note:
- Returns or refunds based on personal preference, style, color, fit, sizing perception, comfort, or change of mind are not accepted
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not covered
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
Fit & Sizing Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
Due to the nature of our products, fit perception may vary depending on head circumference, hair volume, and individual preference.
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, fit notes, images, and sizing guidance (where provided) prior to placing an order.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have reviewed and understood the fit information provided on the product page.
👉 Returns or refunds based solely on fit or sizing preference are not accepted.
UK & EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers may cancel and return their order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging
- Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected
- For hygiene and personal-use items, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the item has been opened or used, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return, customers must email contact@silkvana.com within the applicable timeframe and include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo(s) of the item (required for defective or damaged claims)
- All requests are reviewed by our support team.
Most claims are resolved without requiring a physical return.
- Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee may apply if an approved return:
- Shows signs of use
- Is missing original packaging
- No restocking fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
- Silkvana is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or carrier delays
- Customs procedures
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Once an order has been shipped, any loss, delay, or delivery issue must be addressed with the carrier. Silkvana may assist with claims where applicable, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

Important: Shipping delays related to seasonal order volume, carrier handling, or transit times do not qualify as grounds for return or refund unless explicitly stated in our Shipping Policy.
- Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- Updates requested after this period cannot be guaranteed
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund unless returned to Silkvana by the carrier
