Order Cancellation
- Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
- Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.
Returns & Guarantees
30-Day Quality Assurance
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is:
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
If eligible, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Please note:
- Returns based on personal preferences (style, color, fit, or change of mind) are not accepted.
- Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
UK & EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without providing a reason.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@silkvana.com within the allowed timeframe and include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for return
- Clear photo(s) of the item (required for defective/damaged cases)
Our support team will review and provide next steps. Most claims are resolved without requiring a physical return.
Restocking Fee
- A 10% restocking fee may apply if the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging.
- No fee applies to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. However, Silkvana cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Customs procedures
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Once shipped, any loss, theft, or delay must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We cannot guarantee updates made after this period.
- Undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses are not guaranteed refunds unless returned to us by the carrier.
