Free Shipping – U.S. Orders Over $100
- Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $100
- U.S. orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $4.99
- International shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended
- An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the carrier
Estimated Shipping Times (Transit Only)
Estimated delivery times begin after processing:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia: 5–10 business days
- 🌍 International: 7–15 business days

Order Accuracy & Address Changes
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
- Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once processing has begun, changes may no longer be possible
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be guaranteed for reshipment or refund
Delayed Deliveries
Silkvana is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier or courier delays
- Weather or transportation disruptions
- Customs clearance
- Address verification issues
- High seasonal demand or inventory constraints
We will always assist customers with tracking information and communication with carriers when possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier
- If a package appears lost or stolen, customers must contact us at contact@silkvana.com as soon as possible
- Silkvana may assist with carrier claims or investigations when applicable
